Paperclip is growing, and we are always seeking to recruit new members to join our call answering team.
The majority of Paperclip call handler roles are full-time positions. However, there may be scope for part-time call handlers with strong skillsets.
All of Paperclip’s services are delivered from our Communications Centre in Dronfield.

We also require a brief covering letter explaining why you believe you have the skills, experience and aptitude needed to be a successful call handler and a valued member of the Paperclip team.
We will acknowledge receipt of your application, and may invite you for a video interview.
If the interview is positive for both you and Paperclip, we will invite you to the Paperclip office. You will have the opportunity to ask a member of the Paperclip team any questions about Paperclip and the work we do. You will also be asked to undertake a basic keyboard typing test.
